What is white label?
It is an arrangement in which we produce the job in the background and your agency delivers it to the client under its own brand. Your client deals only with you.
Will you contact my client?
No. We do not contact your client, we do not introduce ourselves to them and we do not publish the job as a reference without your written consent.
Do you publish partner prices?
No. Partner prices are agreed individually and in writing before work starts, depending on volume, regularity and scope. Send a brief and we reply with a proposal.
Which delivery models can I choose from?
Complete AI-assisted delivery, a hybrid in which AI does the repetitive groundwork and people do design and decisions, and fully hand-coded work. The model is agreed for each job.
How do you handle confidentiality and data?
We sign a confidentiality agreement and, where personal data is involved, a data processing agreement under the GDPR. Access is agreed in advance and closed after the job.
Can you handle large volumes?
We are a small team, so we plan capacity with you and reserve time for regular work. We do not promise unlimited volume.

Can a company hire you directly?
Yes. We work directly with companies, mostly small and medium-sized ones, using the same procedure as for agency jobs.
How long does it take to build a website or a shop?
It depends on scope. A simple presentation site takes weeks, a shop or a site with custom functions longer. You get an estimate after the intro consultation.
Do you work on existing websites?
Yes. We first check the state of the site and then agree what to fix, keep or rebuild.
Do you guarantee search rankings or a number of enquiries?
No. Nobody can guarantee them. We guarantee careful work, measurement and honest reporting.
Do you look after the website after launch?
Yes. Hosting, backups, monitoring and site maintenance are available, and we agree the scope individually.
What do I pay for advertising?
The advertising budget is paid directly to Google or Meta, separately from our fee. We help you choose a budget after an analysis.
