White label services for agencies
White label means that you sell our work under your own brand. We build the website, shop, SEO, campaigns or graphics, you deliver them to your client as your own, and we stay in the background.
What a white label partnership is
In a white label partnership one agency produces the job in the background, while another agency delivers it to the client and invoices it in its own name. The client communicates only with you, you decide the price for the end customer, and the finished work carries your brand. We do not sign the job, we do not approach your client and we do not publish it as a reference without your consent.
Agencies work this way when they want to offer a wider range of services than their own people can produce, or when they need to absorb a peak quickly. It suits marketing, advertising and design agencies, production studios and freelancers who want to concentrate on the relationship with the client and hand the production to a reliable partner.
What we produce for agencies
White label web development, white label SEO or white label PPC means the same work we do for our own clients, delivered without our brand and in the scope we agree. The table shows what agencies order most often and what they use it for. A fuller description of each area is on the services page, and SEO has its own page on white label SEO.
| Area | What we deliver | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Websites and e-shops | Company websites, landing pages, WordPress themes, WooCommerce shops and changes to them | You own the design and strategy, we build the site |
| SEO | Technical SEO, audits, on-page optimisation and content | An SEO service for your clients without an in-house specialist |
| PPC advertising | Setup and management of Google Ads and Meta campaigns | You need a campaign specialist for a client or a season |
| Graphics | Logos, visual identity, banners and graphics for web and campaigns | Fast delivery of materials for your clients |
| Hosting and maintenance | Managed hosting, updates, backups and monitoring | Regular care for the websites you deliver |
| Photo and video | By agreement and depending on location | Jobs that need a personal arrangement |
Three ways to deliver a job
We can deliver a job in three ways, and you can choose according to the project, the client’s budget and how long the result has to last. We agree the model at the start, and on a longer project we can combine them.
| Model | What it means | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Complete AI-assisted build | Most of the production is done by AI tools to our brief and rules, and every result passes a developer’s review before delivery | Prototypes, brochure sites, landing pages, repeated parts and tighter budgets |
| Hybrid (recommended) | AI does the repetitive groundwork, people do design, structure, key functions and the final review | Most company websites and e-shops |
| Fully hand-coded | Templates, components and interactions written manually, without generated code | Demanding, unique projects and functions with long-term development |
We recommend the hybrid. AI saves time on repetitive work: page scaffolding, repeated components, data conversions, redirect maps and technical checks. Design, information structure, key features and the final review stay with people, because that is where experience decides. The principle is the same everywhere: the tool speeds us up, it does not decide, and nothing is handed over without a human check. We have written about the risks of generated code that nobody reads in an article on our Slovak website (in Slovak).
Why a small partner can be the better fit
Neonrocket is a small agency led by the founder, who has worked in digital production for around twenty years. For a partner that has concrete advantages: you reach the person who decides about your project, there is no chain of intermediaries, and a job does not depend on a ticket queue. It also has an honest limit. We are not built for large international contracts with whole teams, and we would rather say so than promise capacity we would have to make up at the expense of other clients.
- A direct line. You talk to the people who write the code and run the campaigns.
- Capacity planned together. For regular work we reserve time in advance, so you can count on delivery.
- Plain English. No jargon in status updates and clear, written scope for every job.
- European working practice. An EU company, GDPR as the default and written agreements. See European quality.
How the collaboration runs
- Intro call. We learn which jobs you handle, in what volume and what you expect from a production partner.
- Framework terms. We agree the delivery model, communication, confidentiality and pricing in writing.
- Brief from you. You send the client’s materials and requirements, and we propose a scope and a plan.
- Production. We build the job in the agreed model and keep you informed along the way.
- Handover under your brand. We deliver the result, access and documentation so that you can pass them to your client as your own.
- The next jobs. With regular work you save time, because the rules are already agreed.
Partner prices, agreed individually
We do not publish a partner price list, because every collaboration is different. What we promise instead:
- Prices agreed in writing before work starts, so you know what you can quote your own client.
- Terms that reflect volume. They depend on the amount of work, how regularly you order and the scope.
- Priced by delivery model. AI-assisted, hybrid and hand-coded work are quoted differently, so the cost matches the client’s budget.
- A fixed quote per project or a block of hours for ongoing work.
- No obligation. Send one brief and compare our proposal with what you pay today.
The prices on our Slovak website are meant for direct clients and are not final prices for white label work.
Confidentiality and data protection
The partnership stands on trust, so we put it in writing. At the start we sign a confidentiality agreement, and where we process the personal data of your clients we also conclude a data processing agreement under the GDPR. We do not contact your client, we do not introduce ourselves to them and we do not mark the result with our brand. Access to websites and accounts is agreed beforehand, and after the job ends we close it together with you so that no unnecessary permissions are left behind.
For agencies across Europe and beyond
We work with agencies from other countries as well. The whole collaboration is online, so the location of your agency or your clients is not an obstacle. We work in the Central European time zone, communicate in English and agree availability for other time zones at the start. More on where we operate.
What not to expect from us
We do not promise search rankings or the exact result of a campaign, because nobody can guarantee them. We do not take jobs that would break the law or the rules of advertising platforms. We agree scope, deadlines and handover in advance and in writing, so that the collaboration does not turn into an argument about assumptions. If a job does not fit the areas in which we are good, we tell you at once and we will not take it.
How to start
Tell us what your agency does, which jobs you need to cover and roughly what volume you expect. Based on that we propose framework terms.
Frequently asked questions
10 questions
What is a white label partnership?
It is an arrangement in which one agency produces the work in the background while another agency delivers and invoices it under its own name. Your client deals only with you, you set the price for the end customer, and the finished work carries your brand.
Who is it for?
For marketing, advertising and design agencies, production studios and freelancers who want to offer more services than their own capacity allows, or who need to cover a busy period without hiring.
Will my client know that Neonrocket did the work?
No. We do not put our brand on the result, we do not contact your client and we do not publish the job as a reference without your written consent. Confidentiality is covered by an agreement signed at the start.
Which services can I order as white label?
Websites and e-shops, SEO, PPC advertising, graphic design, hosting and maintenance, and by agreement photo and video. The scope is agreed around what your agency needs.
Do you publish partner prices?
No. Partner prices are agreed individually and in writing, always before work starts. They depend on volume, regularity and scope. Send a short brief and we reply with a proposal. There is no obligation.
What are the three delivery models?
Complete AI-assisted delivery for speed and lower budgets, a hybrid in which AI handles repetitive groundwork and people do design and decisions, and fully hand-coded work for demanding projects. The model is agreed at the start of each job and can be combined on longer projects.
Do you work with agencies outside Slovakia?
Yes. The collaboration is fully online, so the location of your agency or your clients does not matter. We work in a European time zone, communicate in English and agree availability at the start.
How big is the team, and can you handle volume?
We are a small team led by the founder, with trusted freelancers when needed. That is why we plan capacity with you instead of promising unlimited volume. For regular work we reserve time in advance.
How do you protect my clients’ data?
We sign a confidentiality agreement and, where we process your clients’ personal data, a data processing agreement under the GDPR. Access to client systems is agreed in advance and closed when the job ends.
How do we start?
Write to us through the contact form with what your agency does, which jobs you need to cover and the approximate volume. We propose framework terms and arrange an intro call.
