SEO services for companies

SEO is the systematic work of making customers find you in search before they find your competitors. It is not a single intervention but several disciplines that follow in a set order, and we run them as one connected system.

What SEO consists of

The disciplines solve different problems and are usually done by different people. The best text does not help on a page that a search engine cannot see, and links only strengthen what already works. You do not have to do everything at once. With a limited budget, order matters more than scope.

AreaWhat it solvesWhen it matters most
SEO auditDiagnosis of the technical state, content and competitorsBefore a bigger change to the site, and always before a redesign
Technical SEOIndexing, speed, URL structure, structured dataAs the first layer, because other work does not show without it
On-page SEOHeadings, structure, text and internal linksThe site is reachable but does not answer what people search for
SEO copywritingTexts written to search intent, supported by AI and dataThe site works technically but lacks content for its topics
Link buildingAuthority of the domainOnly after technique and content are done, in a competitive field
Local SEOBusiness profile, map and visibility in a given placeA business tied to a region
Ongoing careMeasurement, reporting and regular adjustmentWhen the site has to keep growing and nobody inside can do it
Areas of search optimisation, in the order we recommend to tackle them.

Order matters more than amount

The most expensive mistake in optimisation is a right decision made in the wrong order: content before technique, links before content. Companies often start where it is visible, with texts or links, while the technical layer below is unresolved. We always begin by removing obstacles to indexing, then add content, and strengthen what works with authority last.

How the work runs

  1. Entry check. We find the real state of the site, not an impression from a tool. A full audit including competitors is available on request as an extra.
  2. Plan by priority. Findings are ranked by the ratio of impact to effort.
  3. Execution. Technical fixes, content and, where it makes sense, links, in the order of the plan.
  4. Measurement and reporting. Organic traffic, conversions and visibility trends, not isolated rankings.
  5. Next cycle. The plan is updated from the data.

What decides the cost

The price is not set by the size of the site but by the amount of work the project needs. Keeping a healthy site in shape is different from restarting optimisation on a neglected shop in a competitive field. We therefore show what the price consists of instead of one sum, and prepare the scope after we look at the site and the competition. You receive a written proposal before any work starts.

Why optimisation is not a one-off action

A page that is on the first results page today can slip in half a year without maintenance, not because it got worse but because competitors kept working. Search is also changing: above the organic results there is now a map, answer panels and AI summaries, so first place no longer means what it meant five years ago. SEO cannot be finished. It can reach a state where the site works and upkeep costs a fraction of the original work, and that is the realistic goal we communicate instead of promises of permanent rankings.

Common mistakes that hold optimisation back

  • A forgotten block on indexing carried over from the development version. The site works but is not shown in search.
  • Two pages about the same topic competing against each other.
  • Texts written for the company in internal terms instead of the words people search for.
  • Unoptimised images, the most common cause of slow loading and the cheapest to fix.
  • Redirects after a redesign that nobody made, which wipes out years of built-up value.
  • Measuring only rankings. A company lives on enquiries, not on positions.

What SEO will not solve

It will not enlarge the market, it will not replace paid advertising when you need enquiries next week, and it will not fix a weak offer. We say so in the audit, including the cases where another channel is more effective than search visibility.

For agencies: white label delivery

Agencies can order the same work as a white label service, with reporting under their own brand. See white label SEO.

Frequently asked questions

05 questions

How long does it take before SEO shows results?

Technical fixes can show within weeks. Content and authority usually need months. We report on measured data, so you can see progress at each stage.

Do you guarantee a first place in Google?

No. Nobody can guarantee a ranking, and we do not promise it. We guarantee a clear plan, careful work and honest reporting.

Can you do SEO for a website that already exists?

Yes. We first check its state and then propose what to change first.

Is SEO part of building a new website?

The technical basics are part of every site we build. Continuing SEO work such as content and links is a separate engagement.

Do you work on local SEO?

Yes. For businesses tied to a place we work on the business profile, local pages and the consistency of company data.
