Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the website neonrocket.eu. Services for partners and clients are governed by separate written agreements.

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

1. Scope

These terms of use apply to the website neonrocket.eu, operated by Neonrocket s. r. o., Company ID 56 175 205, registered office Bernolákova 1108/4, 093 01 Vranov nad Topľou, Slovakia, entered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, section Sro, insert no. 47717/P (“Neonrocket”). Services that we provide to partners and clients are governed by separate written agreements, such as a framework agreement, a proposal or a contract confirmed by Neonrocket. If a provision of such an agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Using the website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You may use it only for its intended purpose and in line with the law, these terms and generally accepted online practice.

3. The content is informative

The content of this website is informative. It is not a binding offer or an invitation to conclude a contract. A contractual relationship arises only through an agreement on a specific service, a proposal or a contract confirmed by Neonrocket in writing.

We prepare texts, data and materials with due care. We reserve the right to errors, typos, inaccuracies and outdated information, and the right to correct or supplement them at any time without notice. Some texts are created with the help of artificial intelligence tools. They are reviewed by a person, but they may still contain inaccuracies or simplifications. They do not replace legal, tax or other professional advice, so please verify important information or ask us.

We do not publish partner prices. Any indication of price or discount on this website or in conversation is informative. Only an individual proposal or a contract confirmed in writing by Neonrocket is binding. Prices are stated without VAT unless we say otherwise.

We try to keep the deadlines we state in proposals, such as delivery dates or the frequency of reports. In exceptional circumstances, for example unplanned travel, illness or incapacity for work, family events or holidays, we may miss them. Such circumstances may delay or prevent meeting a promised date, and we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Intellectual property

We or our licensors own and control the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and in the data, information and other resources shown on it. All rights are reserved. Unless a specific item says otherwise, you receive no licence under copyright, trademark or other rights. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercialise the content of this site in any form without our prior written consent, except where the law allows it, such as the right to quote.

5. Third-party websites

This website contains links to the websites of other parties, for example to neonrocket.sk, Google, WhatsApp or Messenger. We do not monitor or control their content. Products and services offered there are subject to the terms of those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to distribute malicious software, to collect data from it systematically or by automated means, to attempt to circumvent security measures such as the spam protection of the contact form, or to do anything that damages the website or disrupts its performance, availability or accessibility.

7. Submitting ideas and confidential information

Please do not send us ideas, inventions, works or other information that you consider your intellectual property or confidential unless we have first signed a confidentiality agreement with you. For white label partnerships we sign such an agreement at the start. If you send material without one, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any existing or future media.

8. Warranties and liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” and may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. We do not warrant that the website will meet your requirements or that it will be available uninterrupted, on time, securely or without errors. Nothing on this website is legal, financial or medical advice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from your access to or use of the website. Unless an agreement says otherwise, our total liability to you for all damage arising from or related to the use of this website is limited to EUR 100.

9. Privacy and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies in the cookies policy. Please provide accurate and current information in the contact form.

10. Suspension and violations

We may change, suspend or end access to the website or any part of it at any time, temporarily or permanently. If you violate these terms, we may take the steps we consider appropriate, including blocking access and, where necessary, legal steps.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is in breach of these terms for a delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This does not apply to the obligation to pay money.

12. Assignment and waiver

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. If we do not enforce a provision at any time, it does not mean that we waive it.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top is the date of the latest revision. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, and continued use of the website after that means you accept them.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and disputes related to them fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If a court finds a provision invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions are not affected.
