| Purpose | Data | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Handling an enquiry sent through the contact form, by phone, email or chat | Name, email, company name, topic and the content of your message | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) |
| Performing a contract, invoicing and accounting | Identification and billing data, contact details, data about the ordered services | Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR) |
| Security and operation of the website, spam protection of the contact form | IP address, date and time of access, browser type, technical server logs, the result of the spam check | Our legitimate interest in protecting the website against attacks and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Remembering your cookie choice | Your choice (accepted or rejected), stored in your browser | Our legal obligation to be able to respect and demonstrate your choice, and your own action (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) |
| Website statistics with Google Analytics | Pseudonymous data about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, device and approximate location | Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics is switched on only after you accept |
The contact form requires only your name and email, everything else is optional. After you send the form, we email an automatic confirmation to the address you entered. The confirmation is a fixed text and contains nothing from your message. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of this website. More about the technologies we use is on the cookies page.
We do not run advertising, we do not use advertising or remarketing cookies and we do not build profiles of visitors. Google Analytics is configured without Google signals and without advertising personalisation.
If you are a partner agency or a client
When you hire us, we process the data of your contact persons as a controller, for the purposes of the contract, invoicing and communication. When we work for you on a website or a campaign that involves personal data of your own clients, we normally act as your processor. In that case we process the data only on your documented instructions, keep it confidential and conclude a data processing agreement with you in line with Art. 28 GDPR before the work starts. We never contact your clients and we close access to their systems when the job ends.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us operate the website and deliver services, and only to the extent necessary for the purpose:
- our web hosting provider, on whose server the website runs and the data from the contact form is processed; the server is located in the European Union,
- Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the Turnstile spam check on the contact page; when you open that page, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as the IP address) to tell humans from robots,
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, if you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics),
- our email provider, through which we receive and send messages,
- an accountant or an accounting service provider, where you are our client,
- WhatsApp or Messenger (Meta), if you contact us through these channels. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to that communication.
Public authorities may request data from us where the law requires it. If data leaves the European Economic Area, for example through providers based in the United States, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep the data
- Enquiries that did not lead to a collaboration: up to 12 months from the last communication.
- Contracts and related data: for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for the period required by law, for example accounting documents for 10 years.
- Technical server logs: for as long as necessary to secure the website, then deleted or overwritten.
- The record of your cookie choice: it is stored in your browser until you change or delete it.
- Data processed on the basis of consent: until you withdraw consent, at most for the period given for the particular tool.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the following rights:
- the right of access to the data we process about you and to a copy of it,
- the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
- the right to erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) where there is no longer a reason to process the data,
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to data portability for the data you provided to us,
- the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- the right to withdraw consent at any time where we process data on that basis. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it,
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, or the authority of the EU member state where you live or work.
You can exercise your rights by email at info@neonrocket.sk or through the contact page. We answer within one month. To verify your identity we may ask for additional information.
How we protect your data
Communication with the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the data is limited to people who need it for their work, the contact form is protected against abuse by a spam check, a hidden field and a limit on the number of messages from one address, and the data is backed up regularly. We do not publish data from forms and we do not use it for any purpose other than the one for which you gave it to us. If a personal data breach occurred that would mean a risk for you, we would proceed as the GDPR requires, including notification of the persons concerned and of the supervisory authority.
Additional information
We may update these principles if the way we process data or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page. Information about cookies is on the cookies page and the terms of use of this website are on the terms of use page.
