Where we operate
We are based in Vranov nad Topľou in Slovakia, but most of our work is done online. For companies in Bratislava, Prague, Vienna or Berlin we work in the same way as for those near us, and for agencies anywhere in Europe and beyond we produce in the background.
Where we work from and for whom
Neonrocket is a digital agency with its seat in Vranov nad Topľou, in eastern Slovakia. Websites, shops, SEO, advertising and graphics today mostly do not need to be solved at one table, so distance does not limit us for these services. We follow the same procedure for every project, regardless of whether the client is two streets away or on the other side of the continent. The place of a company does not change the quality of the work, it only changes how we meet.
| Where the client is | Collaboration | Personal meeting |
|---|---|---|
| Vranov nad Topľou and surroundings | In person and online | At no extra charge |
| Elsewhere in Slovakia | Online | On request, with an extra charge |
| Czechia | Online | On request, with an extra charge |
| Other EU countries and the United Kingdom | Online | By agreement |
| Partner agencies (white label), anywhere | Online | By agreement |
How remote collaboration works
The first conversation is by phone or video call and usually it is enough to clarify the goal and the scope. Materials travel electronically, and questions are handled by email, phone or chat. Most projects, apart from photography and video, are finished without a single personal meeting, and if one turns out to be useful, we agree it in advance.
- Websites, e-shops, hosting and maintenance
- SEO, including technical and local SEO
- PPC advertising on Google and Meta
- Graphic design, logos and visual identity
- Photography and video, where an arrangement about place and date is necessary
Time zone and languages
We work in Central European Time. We communicate in English, Slovak and Czech. For partners in other time zones we agree on a regular window in which we are available, and we do not promise answers outside the agreed hours. See European quality for what else we put in writing.
White label for agencies from around the world
We also work for foreign agencies, wherever they are. We produce the job in the background under the brand of the agency, everything runs online and the scope, terms and prices are agreed individually. If you run an agency and you are looking for a production partner, see white label services.
What we do not do
We have no branches in other cities and we do not pretend to have them. We offer the same services to companies in capital cities as to those near us, but online. A personal meeting outside the surroundings of Vranov nad Topľou is always an extra charge and we agree it in advance, so that you know the total price.
Ask whether it works online for you
Describe your project. At the first call we tell you whether it can be done fully online.
