White label SEO for agencies
White label SEO means that we do the search engine optimisation in the background and your agency delivers it to the client under its own brand. You keep the relationship and the reporting, and we do the audits, fixes and content.
What white label SEO covers
Search optimisation is several disciplines that follow each other in a fixed order: the technical state of the site, then content, then authority and local visibility. Agencies that do not have a specialist for each of them can buy the missing part from us and keep selling one SEO service under their own name. We work as an extension of your team: we use your templates for reports if you wish, we do not appear in your client’s mailbox and we do not publish anything without your approval.
This page describes the SEO we produce for partner agencies. If you are a company looking for SEO for your own website, the direct service is described on the SEO page. The general model of the partnership, including confidentiality and terms, is on white label services.
What we deliver
| Deliverable | What it contains | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| SEO audit | Technical state, indexing, content, structure, speed and structured data, with findings ranked by impact and effort | Before a bigger change to a client’s site, and always before a redesign |
| Technical fixes | Indexing issues, redirects, site speed, canonical tags, structured data, internal linking | As the first layer, because the rest does not work without it |
| On-page optimisation | Titles, headings, structure, text and internal links on the page itself | The site is reachable but does not answer what people search for |
| Keyword research and content | Research, briefs and copywriting based on search intent, edited by a person | The site works technically but does not cover the topics |
| Local SEO | Business profile, local pages and consistency of company data | A client with a physical location or a regional service |
| Reporting | Measured data from Search Console and Analytics in a report you can brand | Every ongoing engagement |
The order of work matters more than the amount
With a limited budget the order decides most, and it is the most common thing done wrong. Many clients start where it is visible, with text or links, while the technical layer underneath is unresolved. The money then goes into content that a search engine cannot see or does not trust. We always keep the same order: first remove obstacles to indexing, then build content that answers what people search for, and only then strengthen what already works with authority. This also helps you explain the plan to your client.
How a white label SEO engagement runs
- Access and onboarding. We get access to the client’s site, Search Console and Analytics through you, and agree who reports to whom.
- Audit. We check the real state of the site, including content and competitors, not a surface impression from a tool.
- Roadmap. Findings are ranked by the ratio of impact to effort, so you start with the work that brings most for the least effort.
- Execution. Technical fixes, on-page work and content in the agreed order, with backups and a change log.
- Reporting. Organic traffic, conversions and visibility trends from measured data, in a format you can send under your brand.
- Next cycle. The plan is adjusted from the data. Without this step SEO is a one-off action with a temporary effect.
How we measure whether it works
We track four things and each answers a different question. Organic traffic excluding brand searches shows whether interest in the service is growing. Conversions show whether those visits are worth anything. The development of visibility across a defined group of phrases shows a trend that a single ranking cannot. Technical status in Google Search Console warns about a problem before it shows in traffic. We compare with the same period of the previous year, not with the previous month, because seasonality would otherwise turn a normal swing into a drama in either direction. Measured data and third-party estimates are never mixed into one number.
What white label SEO will not solve
It will not enlarge the market. If a service is searched for by two hundred people a month, optimisation will not turn that into two thousand, it only makes sure that a good part of those two hundred reach your client. It will not replace paid advertising when your client needs enquiries next week, because SEO is work measured in months. And it will not fix a weak offer: better visibility only shows faster that a price is out of proportion or that the company has no reviews. When another channel is the better answer for your client, we tell you in the audit.
Terms and how to start
Terms are agreed individually and in writing before work starts. Typical formats are a fixed price for an audit or a project, and a monthly block of hours for ongoing work. We sign a confidentiality agreement first, and a data processing agreement where personal data is involved. Send a short description of the client’s site, the market and what you want to achieve, and we reply with a proposal.
Frequently asked questions
08 questions
What is white label SEO?
White label SEO is search engine optimisation produced by a specialist partner and delivered by your agency under your own name. You keep the client relationship and the reporting, and the partner does the audits, technical fixes, on-page work and content in the background.
What do you deliver in white label SEO?
Technical and content audits, technical fixes, on-page optimisation, keyword research, content briefs and copywriting, structured data, local SEO and reporting that you can send to your client without our branding.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Search rankings depend on factors outside anyone’s control. We guarantee the quality of the work, a clear plan and honest reporting of what changed and what did not.
How long does white label SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can show within weeks, content and authority work usually takes months. A realistic expectation is a plan measured over several months, not a quick switch.
Which tools do you use?
Google Search Console and Google Analytics as the source of measured data, plus keyword and competitor research tools. Where we use estimates from a third-party tool, we label them as estimates and never mix them with measured data.
Is the content written by AI?
AI supports research and first drafts, but every text is checked and edited by a person, with facts and sources verified before delivery. We do not deliver mass-produced text, because it carries risk for your client’s site.
Can you work inside our client’s CMS?
Yes. We work in the CMS of the client’s site, most often WordPress or WooCommerce, with access that you or the client grants for the duration of the job. Changes are made with a backup and described in a change log.
How is white label SEO priced?
Individually. Typical formats are a fixed price for an audit or a project and a monthly block of hours for ongoing work. Terms are in writing before work starts. Send us a brief and we reply with a proposal.
